How a Home Enters Operation

Design Alignment
Our involvement starts before the home is finished. Because every property follows the Purpose Built framework, we know the floor plan, the amenity program, and the intended guest profile before the certificate of occupancy is issued. The operating plan is built alongside the home, not after it.
Launch Preparation
Listing creation, photography direction, pricing architecture, licensing, permitting, and tax registration are completed before opening. The home enters the market at full readiness, not as a work in progress.
Revenue Calibration
The first ninety days establish the home's performance baseline. Rates, minimum stays, and channel mix are calibrated against demand signals and against the performance history of comparable purpose-built inventory in our portfolio.
Full Operation
Guest experience, asset care, turnovers, and owner reporting run as one integrated system. Monthly statements show revenue, expenses, occupancy, and market performance. Owners see exactly what we see.
Continuous Feedback

Cori Lee
Founder & CEO
Cori built her career in the operational and financial machinery of vacation rentals: running operations inside management companies, then founding Trust Synthesis, a nationwide trust management firm for short-term rental businesses. One of the industry's recognized authorities on trust accounting, she founded Stay Synthesis to operate purpose-built inventory at the level it was designed for.
