Stay Synthesis was founded by Cori Lee, a nationally recognized STR operational expert, in partnership with Purpose Built pioneer Steve Trover. Together, they control what no management company has before: both the product from creation and the management from day one.
We operate across Purpose Built STR communities and standalone Retreat Series homes, destination properties engineered as commercial investments. Every home we manage was designed with us in mind.
